Customer Policy

Purple Tree Coaching and Consulting is in the business of helping you work with purpose. 

 

To accomplish that mission, we are committed to providing the following:

 

  • Encouragement in your professional growth and development

  • A space to build community with like-minded individuals

  • 1-on-1 coaching with a Purpose Coach

  • Tips and resources to equip you professionally and spiritually

Code of Conduct

The GROW Membership is intended for personal, professional, and spiritual growth. We expect members to treat fellow GROW members, Purple Tree Coaching and Consulting staff, and all others with kindness and respect. The GROW services are provided to help build members up, not tear them down.

Discriminatory, hostile, or intimidating messages or language will not be tolerated, whether based on a person’s race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, social or economic class, language fluency, educational level, sex, sexual orientation, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, or mental or physical ability.

All defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal material is strictly prohibited.

Do not spam several communities, lists, or other members with the same message.

Do not post content that is copyrighted.

 

Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of your membership without a refund.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this membership.

Fees and Payments

The GROW Membership Platform is on a subscription basis, and you will be charged the applicable fees monthly. Purple Tree Coaching and Consulting will invoice you on the 15th of every month and give you 10 days to make a payment using the billing method you select and authorize through your account. If you are enrolled in automatic payments, your subscription fee will be processed on the 25th of every month.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Once your monthly subscription payment has been processed, you have 24 hours to cancel to receive a refund. Automatic payments are processed on the 25th of the month. Notify us via email at hello@purpletreeconsulting.com to cancel your payment. After the 24-hour period, no refunds will be granted.

Limitations of Liability

In no event will Purple Tree Coaching and Consulting, LLC or our members, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Intellectual Property

Any information, contents, materials, documents, details, graphics, files, data, text, images, digital pictures, or any visual being displayed in the Purple Tree Coaching and Consulting and GROW Membership websites shall not be used or published either by electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without the permission from Purple Tree Coaching and Consulting, LLC.
