The Purposeful Living Workshop: Becoming You is designed to help women grow with clarity, confidence, and intention by focusing not just on what they do, but on who they are becoming. Through five thoughtfully designed workshops, participants will develop self-awareness, identify core values, break free from limiting patterns, use their time in ways that allow for greater presence, and set goals that align with their current season of life. Along the way, women are supported in a welcoming community as they create space for meaningful growth and intentional living.

Becoming Self-Aware - Workshop 1
Gain clarity about who you are by understanding your natural wiring, strengths, and patterns so you can show up with greater confidence and intention.
Becoming Focused - Workshop 2
Identify your core values and learn how to use them to create healthy boundaries, balance your priorities, and focus on what matters most in this season.
Becoming Unstuck - Workshop 3
Discover what’s been holding you back and learn practical mindset shifts to move forward with clarity, confidence, and momentum.
Becoming Present - Workshop 4
Learn how to manage your time in a way that reduces overwhelm and allows you to be fully present where you want and need to be in this season of life.
Becoming Aligned - Workshop 5
Set meaningful, realistic goals that reflect who you are and where you’re headed so your next steps feel intentional and sustainable.
