I want to come alongside others and help them succeed. I’m fulfilled when others achieve their goals - it gives me a boost of energy.
I want to do what I am passionate about, and to love what I do. In the last two years, I started to truly seek the talents and giftings I have been given as well as in which way to pursue them. I needed to become comfortable with who I was and who I was created to be. I needed to learn to decide for myself which door to close, which door to open, and which door to leave alone for another time.
I want to help people see their potential and to help them on their journey of growth and development both professionally and personally. I want to partner with organizations that want to improve what they do and to help them bring structure, strategy, and clarity to achieve greater performance.
I want to be available for my family and to have real and intentional flexible time. The beauty of owning my own business is that I can work at my own pace and set good boundaries. I am my own boss and God is my CEO.
I want to bless others through the work I do by caring for my clients, their employees, and my (future) employees, by being able to offer pro bono services, and by investing in other peoples' gifts and talents.
Simply put: I like helping people, and that’s why it is my mission with Purple Tree. It’s simple, and it’s me. I want this small business to represent who I am and what I am passionate about.
And there you have it! Thanks for reading this long post.
